8 YEAR WARRANTY- Tops, glass/plastic curtains, and other products manufactured by Kee Auto Top is made of the finest quality vinyl and cloth material, thread, binding and workmanship that meets or exceeds OE standards. All Kee tops are carefully inspected, folded and packaged using special care to protect the window areas. The windows are made of the finest quality AS6 clean vinyl and are easily scratched; therefor extreme care must be taken while handling. 1. Make sure correct item has been received as ordered including make, model and year. 2. Top number and Manufacturing Date will be printed on label sewed into the driver side of top/curtain. 3. Please check tops and/or curtain for proper fit before removal of old top. (save old top/curtain regardless of condition until job is complete.) 4. If a manufacturer defect is found, call Kee Auto Top immediately (before installation) and the item will be replaced. 5. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to inspect all products before installing. 6. No credit will be given after installation has been started. Kee convertible tops, hard glass and plastic curtains are guaranteed against defective material and workmanship at the time of shipment from our factory for a period of 96 months. The top fabric is guaranteed not to crack, peel or shrink excessively (over 4% is considered excessive) under normal use for the warranty period. Tops and hard glass curtains will be replaced on a pro-rated basis only. Other products are guaranteed against failure of material such as delamination, cracking, and excessive shrinkage for a period of 24 months. Should your Kee convertible top, hard glass curtain fail due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period stated above, we will replace it with a top of equal value charging only for the time the original top was in use, based on the price at the time of replacement, prorated from date of purchase over the warranty period. Warranty applies only to original purchaser. Kee Auto Top reserved the right to inspect the top before removing top from car. Proof of purchase and registration number must be presented when claim is being made. We do not authorize any persons or representatives to make any other guarantee or to assume liability in connection with the sale other than those contained herein.
