Warranty Information

Top cylinders have a 5 year warranty. Top cylinders are not guaranteed against: bent rods, stripped threads, dented barrels, or physical damage. We recommend Automatic Transmission Fluid for vehicles newer than 1953.

    Cylinder hydraulic fittings

    Old cyl had 1/8" pipe threads on both ends. Replacement cyl had 1/8" pipe threads on bottom only, and came supplied with a straight brass fitting on the bottom but couldn't use it because I needed a 90 degree fitting on the bottom, so had to reuse the 90 degree fitting from the old cyl. The top was threaded for a 5/16 inverted flare fuel line which was already on the vehicle's original hydraulic hose, so didn't need any adapter fittings. Just flustered that this wasn't a simple switch between old and replacement.
