Hydro-E-Lectric has been providing quality made products since 1976. We carry a full line of convertible top and power window parts for U.S. cars from 1946 through present day.
Stock Items:
Most parts are in stock at all times. Orders placed by 2 pm will ship the same day via UPS. If there is a back order, you will be notified. The order will ship the day the parts arrive. A refund will be issued for back ordered items on request.
Special Order Items:
Tops, boots, and carpets are considered special order items. These parts must be pre-paid and are not returnable. Ship times vary, inquire with us for approximate eta.
Payment:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Pay Pal (hydroel@aol.com), There is a $20.00 charge on returned checks.

Phone orders may be placed by calling Toll Free 800-343-4261 or at 941-639-0437. You may place your order Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST. When placing your order, please have the following information ready:
- Year, make, and model of your car
- A description of what you need
- Name and UPS shipping address including zip code
- Daytime phone number with area code
- Form of payment

Back Orders
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, you will immediately be notified with anticipated shipping date. The remaining order will be fully processed and shipped. Payment for back ordered items and related shipping cost are not due until item is available. Backorders surpassing 90 days will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
All damages incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier and not Hydro-E-Lectric. Inspect all packages completely at time of delivery and notify driver of any damage. Contact carrier immediately if damage is found after delivery to file a claim. Maintain all packing materials for carriers’ inspection.
Returns:
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund or credit for the part. Items being returned due to no fault of Hydro-E-Lectric, Inc. are subject to a restocking fee. Parts must be new, unused, and in resellable condition as determined by Hydro-E-Lectric. Please include a copy of your invoice. Do not hesitate to call us before returning an item, we may be able to save you time and expense right over the phone. Special order items are not returnable.
Hydro-E-Lectric is not responsible for return shipping charges nor do we refund shipping charges paid by customers.
