Velcro on quarter panels. 6 Tenax fasteners, 8 snaps and 2 studs included, NOT installed. 

Top folds with frame.

Vinyl is available is black or white.

Manufactured by Kee Auto top in the USA and carry an 8 year manufacturer's warranty.
