Hydro-E-Lectric has been providing quality made products since 1976. We carry a full line of convertible top and power window parts for U.S. cars from 1946 through present day.
- Stock items:
- Most parts are in stock at all times and are shipped the next business day. Any back orders will be shipped the day the parts arrive. A refund will be issued for back ordered items on request.
- Special order items:
- Tops and carpets are considered special order items. These parts must be pre-paid and are not returnable.
- Immediate delivery:
- If your order is urgent and you must receive the parts by the NEXT DAY, you must call us before 1:00 PM EST. We will ship pre-paid credit card orders via U.P.S. 1-Day Air. Saturday delivery is also available in large, metropolitan areas for an additional $15.00 charge. Check with your local U.P.S. office for availability.
- Shipping:
- Orders are shipped via U.P.S. Most convertible top frames must be shipped by truck with shipping charges paid upon delivery. Parts shipped by truck must be prepaid.
- Payment:
- We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Pay Pal (hydroel@aol.com), C.O.D. orders are accepted within the U.S. In addition to regular shipping costs, there is a $9.00 charge for C.O.D. services. Also, we only accept cashier's check or money order upon delivery. All foreign mail orders must include payments made in U.S. currency and drawn on a U.S. bank or by credit card. There is a $20.00 charge on all returned checks.
- Sales tax:
- Florida residents please add 7% sales tax.
Phone Orders:
Phone orders may be placed by calling TOLL FREE 1-800-343-4261 or 1-877-493-7686. These numbers are maintained as a courtesy and convenience for you. You may place your order Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST. When placing your order, please have the following information ready:

- A description of what you need
- Name and UPS shipping address including zip code
- Daytime phone number with area code
- Form of payment
- Mail order:
- When placing an order by mail, please print clearly. For prompt delivery, send a cashier's check or money order. Personal checks require 15 working days to clear. Any orders received without shipping charges will be returned.

- Guarantee:
- We guarantee our product 100% against defective materials and workmanship.
Returns:
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund or credit. Items being returned due to no fault of Hydro-E-Lectric, Inc. are subject to a restocking fee. All returned parts are subject to inspection by Hydro-E-Lectric. Parts must be new, unused, and in re-sellable condition as determined by Hydro-E-Lectric. The parts must be in their original packaging along with a copy of your invoice. If the order was paid by credit card, please include the number on your invoice. Do not hesitate to call us before returning an item, we may be able to save you time and expense right over the phone. Special order items are not returnable.
